DELIVERY DATES

Delivery dates offered on any transaction are approximate dates only. DIY Lawns shall not be liable for any loss, costs, damages or expenses incurred for any delay of goods or agreed completion date.

If for any reason DIY Lawns is unable to supply a particular product that has been ordered by you then we will attempt to make contact with you so the situation can be explained in order to make a change to the contract.

If you, the Buyer, refuse to take delivery of any goods in accordance with the contract, or fail to take action to receive the goods DIY Lawns shall be entitled to terminate the contract, without any refund. In this instance we may recover from you any loss and additional costs incurred as a result of the refusal or failure.

RETURNS POLICY

It is extremely unusual for any of our customers to want to return any of the products we sell. Should however, in the unlikely event you have a quality problem with the product you must contact and notify us immediately that you have an item to be returned. This must be done within 7 days of delivery to you. On line customers reserving the right to cancel orders purchased from DIY Lawns must also do so within 7 days of delivery of goods.

If a buyer unlawfully terminates or cancels the goods and services agreed, after the 7 day written notice deadline, the buyer shall be required to pay the seller damages amounting to the sum of the full amount for the goods and services contracted to undertake.

We regret that we cannot accept returns of items that have been used, excess to requirement or returns of items where the packaging has been removed.

You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless it is agreed by one of the Directors of DIY Lawns. This cost will be reimbursed if, upon investigation, the product is found to be faulty by our quality control. In the event of an order being returned, we recommend that you use a reliable courier service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit or damage caused.
